A graduate from the Faculty of Law at Pelita Harapan University, Tangerang, Rachella also holds her master of laws degree (M.H.) from the University of Indonesia. Prior to joining HHR Lawyers, she had worked in a shipping company. She joined HHR Lawyers since 2018 and promoted as a Senior Associate in 2024.

She has involved in various projects, transactions, as well as cases in relation to: (i) general corporate matters in relation to the establishment of companies, (ii) complex legal due diligence works and legal memorandum on general corporate and finance, forestry, medical care industry, hospitality industry, automotive industry, mining industry, water infrastructure, and (iii) research in relation to complex and cross-border transactions.

Commercial Dispute Resolutions:

Rachella has been involved in various Commercial Dispute Resolutions, including the preparation of legal memorandums and related court documents.
